Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Call Queue is a web application run by Call Queue, run by Anthony Sbardella ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Call Queue you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Call Queue does

Call Queue helps you organize a list of contacts and work through it one person at a time. It does not place calls. When you tap Call, your own phone or device opens its dialer, and you place the call yourself. We do not record, monitor, or connect your calls.

3. Your account

You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Call Queue.

4. Free trial, subscription, and billing

5. Your responsibility for the calls you make

You alone decide whom to call, when, and why. You are responsible for following every law and rule that applies to your calls, including do-not-call lists, limits on calling hours, requirements to have consent, and rules about recording calls. You confirm that you have the right to store and use the contact information you add to Call Queue. Information in Call Queue, including the local-time hint shown for a state, is a convenience only, and you must not rely on it as legal compliance.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Call Queue to harass, threaten, or deceive anyone, to break the law, to upload data you have no right to hold, to try to break or bypass the service, or to resell access without our written permission.

7. Your data

You own the contacts, notes, and appointments you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Call Queue for you. You can copy your data out at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account and data from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your saved data and cancels any active subscription.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Call Queue running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. Keep your own backup of anything important using the Copy backup button in Settings.

9. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Call Queue is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for how you use Call Queue, including the people you choose to call and the laws that apply to calling and contacting people, such as do-not-call and telemarketing rules. We do not provide legal advice and do not check your contact lists.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim related to Call Queue is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Call Queue at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law. If we end your account without a reason related to your conduct, we will refund the unused part of any period you paid for.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, USA. If you have a problem, please email us at CallQueues@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you agree to those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Using Call Queue after the change means you accept it.
